YOUR ROLE
- Managing and following up on incoming quotation and project requests from the BeNeLux, France, and Spain
- Preparing complete cost calculations based on information from customers and the sales team (plans, notes, descriptions)
- Coordinating with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient project follow-up
- Contacting suppliers by phone for price inquiries
- Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships (customer service, technical advice)
- Providing product information and support to existing and potential customers
YOU ARE
- Customer-oriented and professional in communication
- Preferably educated in a technical field or equivalent through experience
- Skilled in preparing price calculations based on technical data
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Possess strong spatial and numerical insight
- Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Autodesk or other technical drawing software is an asset
- Commercially minded with a proactive attitude
- You speak Dutch, fluent French, and English.
