CleanRock
CleanRock® is the patented core material used in PolySto kerbs, developed from more than 30 years of experience in the food processing industry. Prefabricated CleanRock kerbs consist of a blend of polyester resins, quartz granulates and additives. This unique composition helps prevent contamination such as Salmonella and Listeria. Since 2026, the formula has been further optimised with recycled fiberglass material, improving sustainability without compromising performance.

Technical solutions
HygiSeal
HygiSeal® is a single-component hybrid sealant for hygienic, long-lasting joints. It forms a strong, seamless and mould-resistant connection between PolySto elements, walls and floors. With very high antibacterial and antifungal activity, its hard, smooth surface reduces bacterial adhesion and withstands heat, steam and aggressive cleaning. The result is durable joints, lower maintenance and a consistently hygienic environment.
