CleanRock is the patented core material used in PolySto kerbs. The composition has been developed based on more than 30 years of experience in the food processing industry. Prefabricated CleanRock kerbs are composed of a mixture of polyester resins, quartz granulates and additives. The unique composition allows to prevent contaminations such as Salmonella and Listeria.

HygiSeal is the new product for chemical welding of joints with a 1-component hybrid sealant. The HygiSeal joints between the PolySto components and the connection with floor and wall ensure a durable, seamless and fungus repellent connection that is resistant to intensive high pressure cleaning. Due to the hard and smooth surface of HygiSeal joints there is less bacterial adhesion compared to classical food safe silicones.
Hygienic FRP walls and ceilings
Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) is a composite material consisting of polymer that is supported with glass fibers for added strength. FRP is used to build and protect structures that require additional resistance to prevent deformation and corrosion.
