In 2024, PolySto completed a full hygienic renovation of the existing Tony’s Chocolonely production site in Antwerp.
The goal: upgrade production zones with durable, food-safe materials that support efficient cleaning and long-term hygiene.
Throughout the facility, PolySto installed RamPanel hygienic wall panels together with CleanRock kerbs OP30FNA and OP20FNA.
A key part of the project was the construction of a completely new Rework Room — the area where excess or off-spec chocolate is remelted and returned to the production process. For this space, PolySto provided a fully seamless and hygienic solution, including:
