Job Vacancy: Installer/Fitter – Polysto Construct

Region: Installation work on sites across Belgium (occasionally abroad)

Full-time | Permanent contract

Polysto Group, European market leader in hygienic polyester wall protection systems for the food and pharmaceutical industry, is expanding its execution division Polysto Construct. We are looking for skilled installers to carry out the fitting of our wall, corner and skirting systems on industrial sites.

Your responsibilities

As an installer/fitter, you contribute to the successful completion of installation projects at client locations.

Install and assemble hygienic wall and ceiling protection systems according to technical drawings.
Work accurately with attention to detail.
Prepare the work area and comply with safety instructions.
Load, unload and handle materials and tools.
Follow instructions and report to the site supervisor or project coordinator.
Ensure a smooth and safe installation on site.

Your profile

Experience in installation or fitting is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.
Practical, precise and detail-oriented.
Physically fit and accustomed to manual labor.
Driving license B is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel, occasionally with overnight stays.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in Dutch, French and/or English.
Punctual, professional and customer-focused.
