The Pegasus Hotel - Kingston, Jamaica

Thanks to the local reputation of PolySto Group and the collaboration in the construction of the CB slaughterhouse, a new contract was signed shortly afterwards for the catering activities of the Pegasus group, which operates luxury hotels in Kingston, Jamaica.

PolySto group coordinated the complete Clean Design and renovation of the industrial kitchen of the Pegasus Hotel. A complete box-in-box project with 1-sided HygiWall panels, CleanRock kerbs, hygienic light fixtures and hygienic doors and windows.
