Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor – PolySto Construct

Region: Belgium (with projects throughout the country)

PolySto Group, the European market leader in hygienic wall protection systems for the food industry, is expanding! Within our specialist execution division PolySto Construct, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to help deliver our highquality and safe project solutions.

Your Role as Site Supervisor

As Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management on site. You coordinate execution activities, supervise workers and subcontractors, monitor quality, safety, planning, and budget, and act as the central point of contact between all stakeholders: internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Plan and organize the site activities based on project documents.
Follow up daily works on site.
Distribute tasks and supervise workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (in accordance with Belgian law: Well-being Act, Codex, Social Criminal Code).
Communicate with the project coordinator, client, and suppliers.
Inspect materials, equipment, deliveries, and execution quality.
Report deviations, risks, or incidents to management.
Contribute to a safe working environment in collaboration with the prevention advisor.

Your Profile

Technical background in construction or related field – through education or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction.
Good knowledge of construction processes, safety, and quality regulations.
Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and resilience.
Commercial awareness and cost-conscious mindset.
Fluent in Dutch, French and/or English
Driving license B and willingness to travel to sites in Belgium.
