Polysto Group BV is looking for a full-time INTERNAL SALES employee for France

We are a Belgian company based in Lokeren, specialized in the production, sale, installation, and development of innovative hygienic wall protection, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and lighting for the food industry, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.


In a short period of time, we have built a reputation as one of the international market leaders in the niche of hygienic constructions. We currently export to more than 106 countries worldwide and offer complete solutions for the construction or renovation of HACCP walls and ceilings, wall protection, and stainless steel drainage systems.

Your Role:

  • Handling and following up on incoming quotation and project requests
  • Making total cost calculations for requests and projects based on information from our customers and the sales team (plans, notes, descriptions)
  • Consulting with customers and sales
  • Telephone contacts with suppliers for price inquiries
  • Maintaining and building customer relationships (customer service, advice)
  • Providing information about our products to customers and potential customers

Your Profile

  • You are customer-oriented
  • Preferably have a technical education or equivalent experience
  • Preparation of price calculations based on technical data
  • Ability to read technical plans
  • Good spatial and numerical insight
  • You work in an orderly and systematic manner
  • MS Office software holds no secrets for you
  • Knowledge of Autodesk and/or other technical drawing software is an advantage
  • You have a commercial mindset with a proactive attitude
  • You speak Dutch and English (basic languages at Polysto)
  • You speak fluent French to serve the French market
